Product specification level (PSL),there are PSL1, PSL2. PSL2 NACE for sour service. PSL2 LSAW steel pipe require more inspection in API SPEC 5L standard new edition, Impact test is mandatory. The chemical analysis, mechanical properties, technical properties, welding test, repair welding is also different between PSL1 and PSL2.
X60 is a steel grade specified by the American Petroleum Institute Standard (APL). Its chemical composition: C is less than or equal to 0.28, and MN is less than or equal to 1.40. The first grade yield strength (MPA) is greater than or equal to 4isposition: degree (MPA) is greater than or equal to 547.
