Buyer urgently needs JET FUEL A1 and D6 FUEL OIL FOB ROTTERDAM with below procedure:
FOB PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues ICPO with Refinery requested Procedure.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), for the available quantity in the storage tank to Buyer.
3. Buyer signs and returns to Seller the Commercial Invoice of the available quantity of the product in
the tank storage alongside buyers Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of Storage availability
ready. (BUYERS WILL NOT HAVE ANY TSA IN RUSSIAN PORTS/ BUYER WILL PROVIDE A VESSEL AFTER CONFIRMATION OF FUEL)
4. Seller issue Unconditional Dip Test Authorization letter sign by both parties (BUYER/SELLER) (NOT DTA LETTER BUT DTA DOCUMENT)
along and the Partial Proof of Products (PPOP) documents including:
A. Sellerβs valid Tank Storage Receipt with Tanks Numbers, Code bars and GPS coordinates
B. Authorization to Verify products (ATVP); Unconditional.
C. Notice of Readiness (NOR);
D. Certificates of Products origin;
