SMALL SCALE SOAP MAKING MACHINES
Our Mini Soap Making Machines are developed to produce small batches of soap bars, with a Capacity like 25, 50 or 100 Kg hour. The mini soap finishing lines are composed with Soap Mixer, to mix soap noodles with fragrance and color; soap extruder (small soap plodder) to refine the soap base and to extrude the soap bar, manual or pneumatic soap stamper (small soap press) to stamp toilet soap bars.
We supply complete mini soap finishing lines but also single mini soap making machines.
Our mini Soap Machines are built following the mainly concepts and specifications of industrial soap machines.
Our mini soap machines are studied for Small Companies and Artisans that want to start to manufacturer soap bars or want to switch from cold process soap manufacturing to hot process soap making.
The raw materials are soap noodles, but thanks to our Pilot Saponification Plants, it is possible to produce the own soap flakes starting from oils and caustic soda.
