Solution:
In complied with China Standard ‘GB35444-92’ for Waste Water Treatment from Paper Mills, here recommended as the following work flow:
Waste water→Grid-filtering→Deposite Tank for dirty water→micro-filter
device→Water Adjusting Tank→DAF System -→Clean Water for re-use of paper mill-→wet mud -→mud drying device-→dry mud.
Data of waste water (Raw Effluent) discharged from paper mill:
CODcr≤1500mg/l, BOD5≤1000mg/l, TSS≤1500mg/l, PH:6.0-9.0
Data of final cleanEffluent water after treatment:
CODcr≤500mg/l, BOD5≤300mg/l, TSS≤200mg/l, PH:6.0-9.0
