Enclosed you will find our new procedure after our discussion with our refineries as per attached PDF. please convey it to your buyer in order to take action for issuing ICPO+POF directly from buyer in his letterhead. But before doing it, please note that:
1-Our procedure is according to international standards ones and it'is fix or in-alterable. For your information we have mentioned both procedures of one-offas well as long term for your perusal and buyer discretion.
2-Our final quotation will be finalized after specifying your buyer destinations which will be among $553 up to $555. (depends on discharge port)
3-specify final quantity and period of contract:A-If they want long terms (12 month) Min quantity is 100,000 Mt and Max 200,000 MT. (for your info as we have had contract for D2,we cannot increase quantity due to our previous and current commitment to our clients).B-If they want only one-off contract we can sell it, up to 500,000 MT and deliver it as per schedules.
