TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer provides ICPO and TSA to show tank is secured for product injection or provide an acceptance letter to
jointly lease tank with the seller trusted tank farm.
2. Seller issue CI, product passport, commitment to supply and product availability in storage reservoir to Buyer
and Buyer sign back the CI with an acceptance later or copy of TSA.
3. Seller and buyer shall jointly endorse the tank storage agreement (TSA) with the tank farm facilitator and pay
for the tank lease if buyer has no secured tank for the injection of the product.
4. Seller transport/ inject the product into the hired tank and furnish the buyer the TSR, SGS and DTA to conduct
the dip test.
5. Upon successful dip test, Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer
