The constant pressure sliding sleeve is the downhole tool used together with hydraulic packer.
. Structure and Work Principle
The constant pressure sliding sleeve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve mandrel, shear pin, O ring, plug and steel ball.
Its main function is to keep pipe column unlocked after sealing the hydraulic packer by giving pressure. When using, connect female thread with the bottom of the hydraulic packer and lower it together with the pipe column to the designed depth. After the hydraulic packer is sealed, tube inner pressure increase to the specified value which make the shear pin is cut off. Under the hydraulic pressure, the uncontrolled slide sleeve together with the steel ball drop into the bottom to make sure the pipe column unblocked.
