XY-27 property:
XY-27, a kind of polymer thinners compounded by many vinyl monomers, contains COONa,-CONH2,-SO3Na and -NR4+ in its molecular constructure. It can resist high temperature and salt. Therefore, it can be directly added into vaious water base drilling fluids and its common dosage is 0.1%-0.5%.
Feature:
It can reduce the viscosity well.
It has a thermal stability with standing 180?C so that it can be applied in deep wells and super deep wells.
It can resist salt and pollution so that it can be applied in various water base drilling systems for fresh water, salt water, saturated water and sea water.
It can inhibit shales being dispersed so that it can be applied to formulate mud of undispersed polymers.
