- minimum weight 35 grams each (5 % can be less, but min. 28 grams)
- length of the feet 15 cm average
- at the cutting point 2 bones has to be seen
- shelf life 12 month
- 100 % fresh and frozen at - 18 °C (min)
- packed in plastic-bags 5,5 kg each
- 4 x 5,5 kg plastic-bags into 1 carton
- transportation in 40- feet containers
- Producer has to be certified HACCP and HALAL, ISO, SGS
- all legal documents for shipping to Vietnam/China (bill of lading
