1. Mode of sale "As IS Where Is
Basis"
2. Country - Phillipines
3. Price offer: USD 5.45mill
4. Payment: Cash TT upon signing
of agreement and as per terms of
agreement.
5. Buyer to tender a Surety Bond
of $119,047.62 for the clean-
up of the plant areas after
demolition is concluded and 3RD
Party Insurance with the same
amount as in the above;
6. Timeframe of demolition,
cutting, hauling and clean-up is
five (5) months;
