The Rolling Kitchen is built on ISUZU diesel truck. The whole vehicle is divided into driving crew area and cooking operation area. The vehicle equipped with hearth system, pumping exhaust system, foods preliminary treatment system, foods stewing and stirfrying system, foods storage system, water supply and drainage system, power supply system, operating illumination system and so on. It is mainly used to supply fresh meal for field emergency rescue, construction operation team and so on.
The capability is 150~200 person per hour.
The equipment could be adjusted per the requirement of customer.
