Trade Lead Description:
Chicken feet from a local USDA processor who caters to the small farmer: these are from pastured, free-range, and/or Certified Organic birds.
The current batch is about half Certified Organic chicken feet! They are not labeled as such, because they are mixed with non-Certified, pastured chicken feet (and because we are not a Certified Organic facility, although we follow "real organic" principles). These are cleaned and beautiful!
Our Chicken Feet include the whole foot and lower leg, so they are large. Excellent treat for your dog throughout the day (even my cats ate them, and they usually never bother with feet!) - packed in a zip-top bag for easy feeding and re-sealing. Lots of naturally occurring glucosamine and chondroitin here - I like to give them to my 13-year-old Rottweiler regularly to help keep his joints in good shape.
There are approximately 50 feet per 5-pound bag.
