Available in 25.4mm diameters
as well as 50mm square, the
beam splitters feature high
damage thresholds and can be
easily integrated into a variety
of laser applications. The beam
splitter coating is
complemented by a high
efficiency AR V-coating for
enhanced performance. A
precision excimer grade UV
grade fused silica substrate,
featuring a 20-10 surface
quality and 5 arc second
parallelisms, provides excellent
thermal stability, low wave
front distortion, and ultra-low
auto-fluorescence.
