COMMODITY: UREA CARBAMIDE CARBONYL DI-AMIDE OF AGRICULTURAL DEGREE – N-46.0% - GRANULAR & PRILLED 2.SPECIFICATION: Confirm Attached Annexure “A” “B” OR/ Advise amendments. 3. ORIGIN: All products are of Russian Origin. May be affected from other regions of the world, but the product specifications meet the GOST requirements. 4.PACKAGING: 50 KG water resistant bags. Every 30 bags will be packed in a jumbo bag of 1,500 KG. Two percent (2%) empty bags to be supplied free of Charge to the Buyer, in each shipment. 5.INCOTERM: CIF as per Incoterms 2000, latest edition. 6.INSPECTION: SGS, CIQ or Similar at the expense of the seller 7.PAYMENTTERM: 1.Terms can be Revocable, Non-Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit 2. An irrevocable, confirmed, SWIFT wire transfer via MT 103/23payable 100% at sight for every shipment against shipping documents as per the contract. (See Appendix B for the DLC TEXT)
8.SHIPMENT: Within 30-45 days from the receipt of the operative instrument.
