We offer high quality sand
aerator (for muller). The first
rotor with arrow shaped vanes
strips the sand, layer by layer,
from the conveyor belt and flings
it to the second rotor which
takes the sand up, distributes,
aerates and flings it onward.
Further loosing of the sand takes
place when passing through the
two easily exchangeable
screening curtains. Inside, the
aerator is lined with wear
resistant rubber. Easy accessibility
to all parts is assured. The sturdy
construction and the used of
high-duty materials assure
reliability of operation and long
life. The prepared sand aerator is
as a rule installed over the
conveyor belt before the
moulding machine
