Hello,
we need a heat meter to measure heat transferred to various heat consumption points (room, boiler, etc.). The heating media is hot water of a temperature between 40 (underfloor heating systems) and 85 degrees Celcius (radiator based heating system)
As we know heat meters usually have:
a water flow meter (flowmeter)
a temperature [in] thermistor
a temperature [out] thermistor
However we need strictly JUST the mechanical part, not any electronics, displays, processors, etc. We only need a design with a flowmeter and two temperature probes measuring the temperatures that can fit on water piping.
These three analog signals we will interface with our own electronics. We can discuss the integration with you if you provide such integration services but at a later stage. For now we are interested in providers / prototype designers of such a purely mechanical (and NO electronics at all) heat meter
