Stone sizes between 0.5 - 3 carats, but Seller is going to try to ensure most of the parcel is between 2 to 3 carats.
Gem quality - selling Price between $350 to $450 per carat
TTM and Inspection in Antwerp Group 4 Viewing Room
1st parcel available 30/07/2011 approx parcel price $150,000
2nd parcel one week later 06/08/2011 approx parcel price $250,000 to $300,000
3rd parcel on the following week 13/08/2011 approx parcel price $500,000
4th parcel one further week later 20/082011 approx parcel price $750,000
Procedure
Direct Buyer or Buyer mandate can have a CC with seller mandate to gain comfort if required.
Commission 3% to 5%
Then simple LOI and POF to be sent directly to the seller before TTM in Antwerp.
