NMN 50 Nomex/ Polyester/ Nomex Laminates
NMN is also known as NPN, a three-ply combined flexible laminate made of a 50μm DuPont Nomex paper, Polyester film and a 50μm Nomex paper bonded with a heat resistant resin.
Application:
NMN is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage electrical motors. Besides it is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
Nominal Thickness: 0.15, 0.17, 0.19, 0.22, 0.25, 0.30, 0.36, 0.42, 0.47mm.
Nomex Paper Thickness: 2mil (50μm)
PET Film Thickness: 1mil, 2mil, 3mil, 4mil, 5mil, 7.5mil, 10mil, 12mil, 14mil.
Rolls: 3 inch Core, max. width 914mm
Tapes: from 10mm width upwards
Packing: approx.50kgs per roll in carton.
Special size can be supplied according to customer
