Trade Lead Description:
BRICK-LINE enables to packing in brick such products us: butter, ice-cream, ice-cream with wafers, cottage cheese or lard. The packaging material: aluminum foil, paper or foil based on natural mineral components.
The machine can produce bricks with different hard ingredients, also with syrup and pieces of fruits.
All elements of the machine are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or plastic mass permitted to contact with food POM and PE. Additional the machine can be equipped with hygienic chamber.
Machines functions are checked by color sensory panel touch screen type.
Programmable controller ensures: easy control of machines functions, fluent readjustment to working conditions, information about alarms and diagnostic status.
System of automatic package collects is equipped with optical fiber sensors allows to precise cutting by the mark or given length.
Possibility of production a few type of bricks size.
Capacity: 4 400 - 6 600 pieces/hour
