• Cantilevered frame manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 304
• Adjustable film forming box to suit various product dimensions. Fixed forming box for a dedicated product size optional.
• Cast iron transverse sealing crimpers with separate control of the sealing temperature for the upper and lower crimper.
• Self-centring reel holder complete with fine adjustment for the film alignment and film reel brake. Max film width 500mm. max film reel outer diameter 350mm, reel inner core 76mm.
• Interlocked safety guards, manufactured in Lexan, mounted over the fin seal rollers and the exit conveyor.
• CE certification.
