This is to confirm that we have underwritten and guarantee the accounts of all trading activity through The Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and North America Exchanges up to Euro Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (Euro 250,000) per account for any loss due to failure to deliver cash or securities. The Exchanges are a division of ST Underwriters Corporation. ST trade all exchanges listed and over the counter unlisted securities in registered and bearer form. The main focus will be to provide an electronic bid ask and disclosure of documents on companies not otherwise listed with a focus on Europe and other emerging markets.
The cost for a company to be listed on the Exchange including, due diligence, legal review, initial listing fee and first year listing fee, is now Euro Twenty Five Thousand (Euro 22,500) No cost up front to qualified clients.
