In pick-up area, the abrasion is much bigger as the transfer speed is higher, whereas it requires higher temperature resistance and strength. After numerous experiments and much research work, Xingke produces KR belt, which is very good in temperature resistance (500℃) and anti-abrasion (with resin treatment options for better anti-abrasion), and the 3-layer scrim enables the belt to stand heavier stretch, and therefore is suitable in using in the first-stage cooling table for heavy duty extruders.
