Outline
Being abrasion and high temperature resistant, this double-component product is acrylic acid polyester adhesive. It is easy and convenient to use for it solidifies fast at normal temperature and bonds well.
Applications
It is applied to the plugging, bonding, sealing and repairing of metal (alloy) bearings, diamond abrasive tools, composite bearings, pressure casting and high-speed shaft working under high temperature.
The main technical performance indicators are as follows:
Heat resistance scope：-48℃－+450℃
Hardness of the particles:1-1.5 friction value: 0.05-0.1
Viscosity value: （25℃）3000pcs
Cementation intensity: at normal temperature:
tensile strength≥25MPa;
Shearing strength≥20 MPa
150℃: tensile strength 3-5 MPa
