acting on behalf of the Seller, in the capacity of an intermediary trading corporation, do
hereby advise that the Seller is ready, willing, and able to enter into a contract to sell the
above commodities, along with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated on the
following pages.
Due to the global shortage of cement and the frustration of Buyers who were disappointed
by other suppliers, we further certify that we can deliver Ordinary Portland Cement 42.5, as
well as 32.5, OPC52.5, SABS and GOST Certificates and Clinker.
Upon signing the FCO and the Sellers satisfaction of the Buyers financial instruments,
