"Shengheng Machinery", with great experience at working and serving in the glass industry, is specializing in researching and manufacturing vacuum lifting equipment and parts of glass processing machinery. Our mission is to provide various vacuum lifting equipment to satisfy varied handling needs of industry today.
We supply different kinds of vacuum lifting equipment, including Pneumatic Vacuum Lifters, Electric Vacuum Lifters, and Glass Handling Robot. To assure of good quality, the key components are imported from foreign famous suppliers, like SMC, BECKER. The equipment is mostly accepted and applied in the glass, wood, stone, ceramics and steel industries. Also, we supply lifting equipment components, hardware and rubber products, such as suction cups, rubber rollers and wheels.
Our lifting equipment will assist you in reaching the goals of hign efficiency, labor saving and production safety. The more advanced you step, the faster you achieve.
Pneumatic Vacuum Lifter, driven by compressed air, can be used for loading glass from and to vertical or horizontal glass machines, like washing machines, edging machine, furnace machines. It is applied at the glass production line, processing line and glass packaging.
Electric Vacuum Lifter, driven by Batteries, can be used for glass curtain wall installation, also used for glass lifting and handling.
Safe Loading Weight: up to 500kg (pneumatic vacuum lifter); up to 2000kg (electric vacuum lifter)
Vacuum Holding Time: more than 20 mins after power loss
Safety protection instruction: Once object sucked, the system is under airtight state with non-valve system
Safety compensation: equipped with pressure sensor and vacuum compensation system. When vacuum is not enough, it automatically senses and resumes operation to keep sufficient vacuum.
