4. BUYER SIGNS AND RETURNS
THE DRAFT CONTRACT TO SELLER.


5. BUYER'S BANK ISSUES Pre-
Advised IRDLC TO SELLER'S
BANK. (COVERING THE TOTAL
FACE VALUE OF THE ALLOCATION
IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS).


6. SELLER’S BANK ISSUES TO
BUYER’S BANK 2% PERFORMANCE
BOND, WHICH WILL ACTIVATE
THE IRDLC & WILL; PROVIDE FULL
POP TO THE BUYER’S BANK.


7. UPON ACTIVATION OF THE
IRDLC, SELLER & BUYER
EXCHANGE THE SIGNED & SEALED
HARD COPIES OF THE MAIN
CONTRACT & WILL DEPOSIT THE
SAME IN THEIR RESPECTIVE
PRIME BANKS.


8. SHIPPING COMMENCES AS
SCHEDULED IN CONTRACT.
