Sichuan Liuhe Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, and the products it mainly supplies are forged round bars and different forgings for steam turbine blades. After about 6 years development it has occupied over 30% of market share of steel forgingss for steam turbine rotating blades in China (AISI 630 is the typical grade it provides to China's main
steam turbine plants).
The company has its own steelmaking furnaces (3MT& 20MT non-vaccum induction furnace, 25MT AOD, 25MT VD, 25MT LF, ESR), and the forging equipments it has are: 750KG hammers, 1MT hammers, 3MT hammers, 4MT hammers, 2000MT fast forging press as well as complete sets of machining, heat treatment and testing equipments and facilities.
The main grades for export are stainless steel, tool steel and alloy steel round bars and forgings. The size range is Dia. 50mm-500mm.
The company is ISO 9001:2008 certified and well organized.
