Our company is based in London in uk and mainly supply fresh yellow fin tuna and blue fin tuna to Japanese restaurants for sashimin, generally our weekly usage is 6oo kg.
As the business is expending we are looking for more supplier could supply us best quality of tuna.
Our current supplier is from Maldive, Sri Lanka, Spain, Greece and Malta.
