Co. was designed to make cinder blocks for the Island on a small scale. Equipment was precured, Block machine, mixers, forklifts, generators along with 6 acres of land for production. Shortly ther after I became ill and was unable to continue. The objective was to develop a few Villas and condos alongside a small hotel. I expected to use the equipment throughout the manufacturing and development phase. We are currently seeking intrested partys to either purchase the equiptment or assist in development of the property or both. The co. has allowed me to explore the bennerfits the island has to offer. Again all equipment is for sale.
