I am the buyer mandate for a large, reputable company in germany. We buy all crude, d2, other petro goods. No jp54.
Rebco and other crudes are desired. We will not pay using a bg or sblc. Our Payment method is this:
confirmed, revolving, irrevocable, transferable only one time, dlc, from a prime world bank.
We prefer non transferable but will make the one time transferable at times.
Fob only as we have our own ships and vessels. No cif. We can take small or large quantities so long as discount is reasonable. We don't require fantastic discounts that come with bg or sblc. Still reasonable. Please reply only if the stated terms can be met.
Terms. Main thing is this:
I have a special friend who is an expert in petroleum fraud detection. It better be real.
