Norwegian company BioCoTech has developed a closed-type BioSpeed composting containers for recycling of food and other organic waste. In BioSpeed containers temperature rises up to 70oC, at this temperature all dangerous bacteria (Salmonella, E. coli bacteria and other pathogens) dies. In the recycling chamber Thermophilic bacterias process organic waste into compost. Organic waste recycling process lasts from 24 to 72 hours, waste volume decreases from 80% to 90%. Processing organic waste with BioSpeed machines no foul odour and nature-polluting gases emits into environment. Recycled waste can be used as fertilizer or biofuel.
