GreenSolar Equipment Manufacturing Ltd develops, manufactures and delivers turn-key manufacturing lines for low-cost mass-production of thin film solar modules.
GreenSolarβs proprietary equipments are capable to produce βone-manβ sized solar modules based on amorphous-silicon technology and having a tandem structure, which allows a better spectral response.
GreenSolar offers turn-key solar module manufacturing equipment in three basic versions:
a. Manual production line, for a production capacity of 7 MWp/year;
b. Semi-automati c production line, for a capacity of 15 MWp;
c. Automati c production line, from capacities of 30 MWp/year and up in increments of 15 MWp.
The standard efficiency of the produced PV solar modules is of 5.7%, while apperture efficiency is of 6.38%.
Peak efficiency achieved on GreenSolar equipment are 6.58% module efficiency and 7.3% cell effi ciency.
And we left the best at last: GreenSolarβs equipment does not need any kind of fluorine gases (NF3, SF6, F2).
