VitaFlex, LLC is an affiliate of Burlington Technologies, Inc. located in Burlington, North Carolina. It is the primary manufacturer taking advantage of Dr. De-Sheng Tsai’s technology and product designs used in converting nonlatex elastic nonwoven fabrics and making finished products for use in healthcare, hygiene, and personal protection for the U.S. market.
The latex-free elastic nonwoven fabrics were invented by Dr. De-Sheng Tsai, and the technologies and many of the product designs have been globally patented or are in patent pending status. By combining the elastication process and product conversion, VitaFlex expands the applications of nonwovens and in the creation of innovative consumer products which exhibit better quality, lower cost, and with enhanced environmental responsibility.
VitaFlex offers the convenience of domestic production and conversion. We provide (1) Roll goods of latex-free elastic nonwoven fabric, (2) Converted disposable products of our own design, (3) Services of nonwoven elastication processing and new product development.
