Since 1933 Sapucaia is a very famous and one of the oldest and finest brazilian cachaça, which is distilled, matured and bottled in the secular Sapucaia Farm in the ParaÃba Valley region of the State of São Paulo, with its own selected sugar cane cultivation and a regular and large annual production.
Through the processing the initial and final part of the distillation are throwed away, in a proportion of 20 and 10 percent respectively. That’s why after matured and aged for up to 10 years in amendoin and oak wood barrels, Sapucaia meets the unique character and incomparable smoothness.
