Dema designs and builds machinery for the industrial automation sector and, in particular, automated electric motor production line machines in addition to special automated assembly machines.
The core business focuses mainly on the development of special automated (or semi-automated) machines to carry out some phases in the mass production of electric motors earmarked mainly for the automotive, household appliance and electric tool sectors.
These machines are designed to assemble rotor stacks including shaft, end fibers, commutator and other specific components (polygon tube, bearings, etc.), or welded, riveted or clinched stator stacks.
Dema develops and monitors all phases of the automated or semi-automated machine production process, including:
Design development
Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering,
Electric-electronic design engineering and SW development,
Construction and assembly,
Testing and start-up,
After-sales service. |
