The company was established in 1965 to work in the construction and trading field. During this period, it has consistently grown while helping to fulfill the development requirements of the Kingdom's construction industry. In the late sixties, the company executed numerous private civil works projects and supplied building materials in the Kingdom. Had also performed work in the field of roads, excavation works and buildings. In the early seventies, the company began performing work for governmental authorities such as asphalting of village roads. These works were of humble nature including projects for villages in the northern and eastern province which have since become major cities in Saudi Arabia. Roads, ighting and civil works undertaken by the company then are still serving the city fully and efficiently. In mid seventies, company worked with various governmental authoroties in the field of roads and concrete construction such as culverts and other civil works by relying upon technocrats
