We own a large timber plantation in Costa Rica. Interested in selling timber logs. Description of the farm: Timber Farm El Ensayo is composed of 1,460, hectares in the Northern Zone of Costa Rica and has approximate 93,901m3 of reforested timber ready for harvesting. The timber inventory is composed of the following species, (i) Melina (gmelina arborea) 50,159 m3, (ii) pine (pinus caribbea) 42,742 m3, and (iii) 1,000 m3 of Eucalyptus. Over 80% of the timber available to be harvested exceeds 30 cm of diameter. Timber Farm El Ensayoβs area is divided as follows2 (i) timber 398 hectares, (ii) forest 275 hectares, (iii) various crops 330 hectares, and (iv) grass and others 297 hectares. We recently planted over 200 hectares of Gmelina ready to be harvested in 2012.
