The price for each barrel of Bonny Light Crude Oil loaded into Buyerβs vessel shall be βDated Brentβ on the date of Bill of Lading, as published by McGraw Hill Market-wire, less a gross discount of US $8:00 per barrel, Net to the Buyer US $4:00 per barrel.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
In United States Dollars (USD) per barrel by confirmed, irrevocable, Letter of Credit or Bank guarantee from a prime United States/European Bank in favor of the Seller, made mature for payment within 24 (Twenty four) hours, after effective loading of Buyerβs vessel. The Buyer by Swift Wire Transfer
