"I am an intermediary looking to pair real Au buyer requests with real Au seller
requests. I am usually 2 away from the buyer/seller mandates, but have a
number of sources available on both sides.
I prefer only Full Swiss Procedures, GLD, and bank-to-bank, bullion officer-to-
bullion officer deals.
International law mandates all gold deals must follow firm and full Swiss
Procedures. If you have off-market deals, I would not depart from full
Swiss Procedures.
I will keep your fully completed FCO in my files until I make the verbal or
email inquiries ONLY ABOUT THE SPECIFICATIONS of the deal to my
buyer/seller source until a match is found. At that time ONLY, I will release
the FCO to the End Buyer. I do NOT shop deals using the full FCO! The
End Buyer will prepare the IMFPA/NCND, all included will sign and return
it to me, then I will send that back to the Buyer and he will release the full
LOI, all details included, per full Swiss Procedures.
