We are the producer of 100% Cotton combed hosiery waxed yarn from NE 16/1 to NE 32/1 and 100% Organic yarn (carded/combed) and fabric (knitting and weaving) from Ne 16/1 to NE 40/1.
STI India Ltd. is involved in the knitted fabric production as well. There are 16 single jersey-knitting machines producing 7MT of single jersey plain knitted fabric per day. Following gauges are available at 30β cylinder diameter in our knitting plant for manufacturing S/J plain knitted fabric:
28 gauge
24 gauge
20 gauge
Pique and Honeycomb knitted fabric are also manufactured on special orders. Our products are being exported to 45 nations worldwide. We are having Netherlandsβs CU / SKAL/ GOTS certification for organic processing. STI India Ltd. has recently stepped into the production of fair-trade cotton yarn in a roaring way after being certified with Flo-cert of Germany. Our FLO Cert Id is 6517. The yarn & fabric of STI has been certified by Oeko Tex mark from TesTex.
