We are a French company.
We have several fishes transformation factories in North Atlantic, North Europe and Indian ocean.
The fishes we use are: tuna, herring, sardine, mackerel and anchovy.
Our business is to extract oil, mince, bones and cartilage from a entire or part of fishes (headed and gutted).
One factory can produce 400 metric tons of oil, 2000 metric tons of mince per year.
This mince is deboned, almost without oil
,edible and usable for many purposes.
