Spec. 99.99%CU, Origin: African or seller opition. Quantity: 1000MTX12, 2000MTX12, 3000MTX12, 11000MTX12,
CIF China.
Please note that our buyer met many fraud seller B4 and LC issuanced.
So they are very careful about the procedure? if some one meet their requirement? please contact me by mail.
1. After contract signed buyer MT799 or Pre-advice swift to seller bank.
2. Seller agree then issue Non-Operative 2%PB+partial POP upfront to buyer through bank.
3. Once receipt buyer LC issue to seller bank to actived PB.
