Pipe header improved productivity (PMTP) diameter 150mm.

DESTINATION

PMTP is made to supply fuel on long distances. The system has been commonly used in Russian Army since 1972.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

By its construction pipelines are collapsible and supplied in next packages: linear equipment (pipes, fittings, rubber sealing rings, shut-off and variable valves, mountings with wire netting, mountings with catchers, emergency equipment, blinds), and ancillary equipment (hauling pipe equipment, engineering services), mechanized pipelining auxiliaries, pump and compressor stations, vessels and vessel equipment. Assembly of pipeline is usually done buy pipelayers TUM-150 and TUM-150.

The complex was made to transport liquids on long distances. The pipeline can transport: water, petrol, diesel, oil, etc.

Compare to stationary systems, collapsible pipelines have some substantial advantages: high speed of installation, ability to be installed and operated in any natural and climatic conditions, on the locality with relief of various complicity using minimum of engineering works. The system works independently from offsite power and has low cost of transportation, high mobility. It is an extremely reliable collapsible pipeline and can be used quickly and effectively in emergency situations (natural disaster and anthropogenic accidents) as it was made to be used in army and in difficult conditions.

High efficiency and reliability of the system is proved by tens years of experience of using such equipment in many countries. By technical characteristics the pipe header outgoes many of its rivals.
