Gevoerde Kartonnen Zak in Doos Vormlijn - Kartonopzetinrichting en Poly Bag Inserter

Deze Lined Carton of Bag in Box Forming Line zet dozen op en verzegelt bodems, plaatst polyzakken in dozen per stuk van een rol voorraadfilm, opent en sluit de zak over de kartonnen flappen, blaast lucht om de zakken uit te rekken zodat ze aan de binnenkant passen wand van dozen beter om gevoerde dozen te vormen die klaar zijn voor het vullen van producten. Deze lijn omvat een kartonopzetmachine en een polyzakinbrenger (ook wel kartonbekledingsmachine genoemd).

1. Kartonopzetter:
Ook wel case-former genoemd. Het zet dozen op, vouwt en sluit bodems af met tape of smeltlijm.

2. Invoegeenheid voor polyzakken
Ook wel Carton Lining Machine of Liner Placer genoemd. Deze polybag-invoeger plaatst een polybag in een doos van een rolfilm, opent en vouwt de zak over de kartonnen flappen, blaast lucht om de zak uit te zetten zodat deze beter op de binnenwand van de doos past.

De belijningsmachine reduceert arbeids- en materiaalkosten, is eenvoudig te bedienen en eenvoudig in te stellen. Hoge efficiλntie en arbeidsbesparing.
