QUANTITY: 2, 000,000 BARRELS PER MONTH x 12 MONTHS

*FOB PROCEDURE*
1, Seller signs and seals the contract and dispatches to Buyer in form of email/Fax, courier services such as DHLAs mutual agreed by both party’s*
2, Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a duplicate copy to the Seller via e-mail. /Fax, courier services such as DHL as mutual agreed by both party’s*
3, Buyer and Seller deposit the signed contract in their respective Banks. Both parties shall write to their company and there bankers that the contract has been registered officially in their banks for proceed and open bank communication for confirmation via there company secretary’s*
4, Buyer shall charter the vessel and present all valid vessel document such as CPA and Q88 and CHARTER INVOICE to Seller for confirmation from the owners of the vessel.
Seller shall confirm that buyer owns the title and existence of the vessel from the owners, with the captain on board for programming official at the loading terminal. *
5, (a) Buyer’s Bank issue Operative Irrevocable, divisible, non transferrable cash back up Letter of Credit (DLC/SBLC) **to Seller’s Bank **via MT760 or MT 103/23 by Swift To SELLERS BANK** this letter of credit shall allow for draw down for ancillary cost*
(b) After positive confirmation of the ** (DLC/SBLC) **,Seller’s Bank shall pay for the programming of the product and all Terminal clearance fees of each vessel that was chartered by Buyer, the product will be programmed in buyers and sellers name, Seller shall make the programming details, Lay can Date schedule for immediate Loading available to buyer. The quantity of products (BLCO) shall be drowning from seller’s official bulk allocation for programming.*
6, NNPC via Bonny Ocean Terminal shall call Buyer’s Vessel in for
