EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Signal Mineral SAC Peru (hereinafter MINSAC) and Bioquinta Chile have structured a program to exploit iron oxide minerals existing in various regions of the coast of Peru, South America, next to the Pacific Ocean and located on the south and north of the country; program's main objective is to export to international market the production of iron deposits obtained identified. This area hosted several mineralized structures of high magnitude, among which a site has commercial content of iron ore of about 25 Million Tonnes, with a law that is expected to exceed 60% Fe content
The volume on demand or reservations, if allowed to begin almost immediately in a sustainable exploitation of the order of 30.000 MT / Month in a 1st stage and meet production schedules, conservatively and without much inconvenience, for a period minimum of 20 years.
Scheduled production of iron ore from the structure is marked 1st year 360.000 MT (30,000 MT / Month), 720.000 MT / Year 2nd year (60,000 MT / Month) and 1'000, 000 MT / Year from the 3rd years and older (90,000 MT / Month).
The site is strategically located as it is only 20 km from the port of loading mentioned and to which is attached via a 1st order road is completely paved on a stretch of 15 kms. In addition, little to a distance varying between 4 and 6 km concession area is serviced by electricity supply, fixed and mobile telephony, proven presence of water, railroad, to the port of Ilo, etc..
