The material of composite material manhole cover is GRP, shorted for Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic.
Our GRP products are made of:
i) unsaturated polyester resin (UP) (Iso type resin, vinyl ester resin) glass fiber (E-glass 2400 Tex) ）
ii) quartz
iii) corundum
iv) antioxidant
v) firming agent
vi) promoter
vii) UV additive
viii) ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer
ix) Cr13
x) other auxiliary materials

For gully tops installed in the area of kerbside channels of roads which when measured from the kerb edge, extend a maximum of 0.5m into the carriageway and a maximum of 0.2m into the footway
D400:
Carriageways of roads (including pedestrian streets),hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles.
