Located near the colorful
badlands, snow-covered peaks
and among rugged canyons are
two gold projects waiting for
funding to be mined again. The
subject gold projects share many
characteristics, both being high
grade, underground vein
structures with similar ore milling
requirements. A very favorable
and significant synergistic impact
can be realized by each being
operated as a profit center under
one management team.
Combining the milling operations
will result in the reduction of a
substantial amount of capital
costs and offer the opportunity
to accelerate the re-permitting
phase on Project X.

The project is comprised of
several hard rock, underground
quartz veins containing high
grade gold ore. All production to
date has been one vein where
two major offset faults divide the
main vein into three segments
passing through a gneiss, quartz
pebble conglomerate and
Kingston Peak sediments. A
different structure not yet
produced has been developed
with three adits which access a
very high grade vein hosted in a
hornfels layer within the gneiss.
Two other structures have not
been developed and will be core
drilled.
A 2,000 foot continuous vein
has been developed with a 10'
x10' drift (tunnel) on the initial
site, open on both ends with a
vein width from 3 to 12 feet.
The vein is manually drilled and
blasted with rubber tired loaders
and trucks for production.
Prior to production a new 2300'
haulage drift will be put in 170'
below the existing drift at the
3290' level.
Ore Resources and Reserves on
the two properties
have been established in
geological reports reflecting a
combined 1,010,000 ounces of
gold.

A minimum of a 10 year mine life
can be expected.
$55MM JV or $70MM for a buy-
out
