VALIDITY OF CONTRACT 12 Month CONTRACT with possible rolls & extensions
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN Russian Federation
INSPECTION SGS, CCIC or Similar by seller
AVAILABLE QUANTITY Seller has the capability to Supply any specified or requested quantity as required.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery commences as per contract with the first shipment arriving at Buyer’s discharge
port within 45 days after receipt of the Payment Instrument by the Seller’s bank.
PAYMENT TERMS TO BE AGREED TO BETWEEN SELLER AND BUYER.
APPLICATION PACKAGE
The COMPLETE BUYER’S APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION is comprised of the NCNDA/IMFPA, ICPO, BCL with right to Soft Probe and BUYER’S PROFILE. Buyer must also demonstrate the ability to receive the requested quantities.
NEGOTIABILITY Some Procedures are NEGOTIABLE after the FCO and Draft Contract are issued.
