Product Details SLS Lending Rosewood Capital International LLC Product Description: The financial model of the assets backing the bond generates the funds to pay the interest as the bond specifies during the ten years. At year ten the cashing the policies along with the cash reserve is able to pay the principal in full. The financial model for the asset has been designed to secure the investor’s financial position. Should the project or designated investment fail as outlined in the offering memorandum, the asset fund backing the fund will pay the principal. This collateral program can be used by Hedge Funds, Multi Strategy funds, Fund of Funds, Real Estate programs, Mortgage Guarantees, Public Companies, PIPES, etc . ASSET: The asset that secures the investor is in the form of (A) cash and (B) Senior Life Settlement Insurance Policies. The assets are placed in a Bankrupt Remote Delaware Corporation and Christiana Bank and Trust is appointed the Trustee. A Master trust Agreement is specifically dedicated to each and every project that instructs the Trustee how to manage the account as outlined in the offering. The details are noted below. FINANCIAL ASSET MODEL: The financial model is designed to pay the principal as outlined in the offering. Should the project or investment vehicle fail to generate adequate funds, for any reason, to pay principal, as outlined in the offering memorandum, the assets backing the investment vehicle will have sufficient funds to meet the obligations as outlined. The specifics of the model are as follow: $100,000,000 Investment $ 40,000,000 for project financing/Investment Vehicle $ 60,000,000 for policies and all premium payments/Collateral The model has been stressed to the point that there is $100,000,000 of face value Senior Life Settlement Insurance policies placed in the account at the time the investments is made. Further, sufficient cash reserves are deposited to pay the premiums for the policies. As the policies begin cashing in, thirty eight per cent of the cash received from the face value of the policy is reinvested in additional Senior Life Settlement Insurance policies. The remaining funds are placed in the cash reserve portion of the account. At year eight, the cashing of the policies along with the cash reserve is able to pay the principal in full.
